As most of our customers well know the climate of our economy is changing quickly. Each and every person and business has been affected by the steep inflation and supply chain issues our country is currently facing. We have thought long and hard and prayed about the next steps to take in our business and have come to the conclusion that we will be raising our prices. As we all know the last two years we have seen price increases on replacement parts but we have been able to keep the same pricing on our labor costs for the last 5 years while still giving our customers the absolute best service we can provide.
Starting March 14, 2022, residential service calls will be rising to $105 per hour. Labor on new installs of full systems will be rising to $1,950 or $650 per component (coil, condenser, furnace). Commercial service calls will rise to $140 per hour. This price increase will simply cover our rising overhead costs.
We understand that your heating and a/c systems are a huge investment in your home and business, and to us, it’s the most important investment. We hope you understand that this decision was not made lightly and that giving our customers the highest quality service while still providing for our families is the most important thing in our business. We wouldn’t be where we are without each and every one of you!
